3. For what purposes do we process personal data?
   
   3.1 We process personal data in order to provide you with our services.
   
   - If you use our accommodation and recreational services, order goods from the e-shop or purchase a gift voucher, we need your identification and contact details so that we can enter into a contract with you on the basis of which we provide these services or goods. We also need this information when you make a reservation.
   
   - In this case we do not rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing.
   
   3.2 We also process personal data for marketing purposes.
   
   - In some cases we require your consent for this processing. If you give us your consent, we may contact you by e-mail or SMS with offers of our goods or services in the form of a newsletter. You may withdraw your consent to such processing at any time.
   
   3.3 We may send commercial communications (e.g. newsletters) to the e-mail address or telephone number of guests to whom we have provided services or customers who have ordered goods or a gift voucher.
   
   - We do not require your consent for this where it is based on RELAX PARK agency’s legitimate interest in offering its guests further goods or services. However, we do not wish to bother anyone: you can unsubscribe from commercial communications with one click on the link at the end of the message, or by e-mail to info@relaxtrebon.eu.
   
   3.4 In order to improve our services, telephone calls to our customer centre (reception) may be recorded. These recordings are destroyed at regular annual intervals.
   
   3.5 The processing of certain personal data is required by law, e.g. we are obliged to retain tax documents for the statutory retention period.
   
   3.6 By law we are obliged to provide selected personal data on the accommodation of foreign nationals to the Police of the Czech Republic and to keep records of such data. Likewise, we are obliged to provide personal data to the municipality for the purpose of collecting the local recreational and spa fees and to keep records of those data.
   
   3.7 We are entitled to process your personal data to protect our rights and legitimate interests, typically in the event of any dispute. In such cases we do not rely on your consent and the period of processing may be extended.
   
   
4. What personal data does RELAX PARK TŘEBOŇ process?
   4.1 About our guests and customers we process identification data (first name, last name, date of birth, permanent residence, identity document number) and contact details (telephone number or e-mail address).
   In the case of accommodating foreign nationals, in accordance with the law on the residence of foreign nationals we also process additional data (nationality, travel document number, visa number and permanent address abroad). We also process data on the stay of our guests, in particular the length of stay.
   
   4.2 In the case of ordering a gift voucher for accommodation we process identification data (first name, last name) and contact details (telephone number, e-mail address and delivery address).
   
   
5. On what legal grounds do we process your personal data?
   We always process personal data on the basis of one of the legal grounds set out in law for each processing purpose.
   
   5.1 In the vast majority of cases processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the relevant contract, most often the contract under which RELAX PARK agency provides services and goods to its guests and customers. In such cases we do not need your consent for processing.
   
   5.2 In some cases we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest. Examples include sending commercial communications or asserting or defending RELAX PARK agency’s legal claims and rights.
   
   5.3 Another legal basis for processing is a legal obligation imposed on us by generally binding legislation. For example, when personal data related to the accommodation of our guests, in particular foreign nationals, is provided to the Police of the Czech Republic or to the municipality, the legal basis for such processing is fulfilment of a statutory obligation imposed on RELAX PARK agency.
   
   5.4 In certain cases processing is based on your consent, primarily for our marketing activities, to provide guests or customers with various benefits, or for evaluating the quality of our services.
   
   
6. To whom do we disclose personal data?
   RELAX PARK agency carefully considers and assesses whether disclosure of personal data to another recipient is necessary and whether the recipient can ensure adequate protection of the disclosed personal data. Personal data are disclosed exclusively on the basis of a written data processing agreement.
   
   RELAX PARK TŘEBOŇ may disclose personal data to:
   
   6.1 Payment service providers and payment processors for the purpose of securing the transfer of funds;
   
   6.2 Entities that perform accounting services for RELAX PARK agency;
   
   6.3 Companies that carry out distribution of commercial communications and satisfaction surveys for us (in a minimal scope);
   
   6.4 Other persons entrusted with securing accommodation reservations who operate various reservation systems. Reservation system operators process personal data for the purposes of RELAX PARK agency and are not entitled, without our consent or instruction, to process those data for any other purpose or in any other way. However, a different situation may arise if you have agreed otherwise with the reservation system operator, for example if you registered with the reservation system operator;
   
   6.5 Certain personal data may be disclosed on request to competent public authorities. Recipients of the data are not entitled to process the data for any other purpose or to disclose them to any other person without the consent or instruction of RELAX PARK TŘEBOŇ, unless they have a legal basis to do so.
   
   
7. Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Union?
   We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union (or the EEA) where an adequate standard of data protection would not be ensured. We have no intention to transfer personal data outside the EU. The only exception is where data are processed by a reservation system operator who stores data on a server located in another country. In any case, personal data are not transferred to a country where an appropriate level of data protection is not ensured.
   
   
8. Would you like to know which personal data we process about you?
   You may at any time request details of the processing of your personal data and we will provide detailed information free of charge, or provide you with a copy of the processed data. This is your right of access to personal data. Please note, however, that in the case of repeated or manifestly unfounded requests we are entitled to charge a fee to cover our costs or to refuse to provide the information.
   
   
9. What other matters can you contact us about?
   9.1 You have the right to rectification of personal data, i.e. you may request RELAX PARK agency to correct data that are inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
   
   9.2 You have the right to erasure of personal data, i.e. you may request RELAX PARK agency to delete personal data processed by RELAX PARK agency. Erasure is possible only in certain cases, e.g. (i) the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, (ii) you have withdrawn your consent, (iii) the data have been processed unlawfully, (iv) erasure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or (v) the data were collected in connection with the offer of information society services.
   
   9.3 You have the right to restriction of processing, i.e. you may request RELAX PARK agency to restrict processing of your personal data. Restriction is possible only in certain cases, e.g. (i) you contest the accuracy of your personal data, (ii) the processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure, (iii) you need the data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims although the purpose of processing has already been fulfilled, or (iv) you have objected to processing and it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate interests override your rights.
   
   9.4 You have the right to data portability, i.e. you may request RELAX PARK agency to provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to transmit them directly to another controller. Portability is possible only where processing is based on a contract or your consent and the processing is carried out by automated means.
   
   9.5 You may withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of personal data at any time.
   
   
10. When can you object to the processing of personal data?
    You may object in the following cases.
    
    (a) You may object to processing carried out on the basis of RELAX PARK agency’s legitimate interest. In that case we will stop processing your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms.
    
    (b) You may object to processing for direct marketing purposes. In that case your personal data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
    
    
11. How long will we process your personal data?
    The period for which we will process your personal data is determined by our obligations arising from the contract concluded with you and by other obligations imposed by law, e.g. statutory record-keeping obligations.
    
    We are required by law to keep records of the accommodation of foreign nationals for six years from the last entry in the register. We are also required to keep records relating to accommodation for recreational or spa purposes for six years from the last entry in the register.
    
    In some cases the processing period depends on the duration of your consent to processing.
    
    In other cases the processing period depends on the duration of our legitimate interest.
    
    In any case, data that are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or for which we have no legal basis for processing will be destroyed.
    
    
12. What can you do if you believe RELAX PARK TŘEBOŇ is processing your personal data unlawfully?
    You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    
    
13. Information for other natural persons whose personal data are processed by RELAX PARK TŘEBOŇ
    RELAX PARK agency also processes personal data of other natural persons, typically persons cooperating with RELAX PARK agency, business partners, customers, suppliers, etc. The processing of these persons’ personal data is usually for the purpose of concluding and performing contracts.
