Tusť Sandpit, located near Suchdol nad Lužnicí in the South Bohemian Region, is a popular spot for summer recreation. This body of water was created by flooding a former sand quarry and today offers clean water and sandy beaches, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The sandpit is also known as a filming location; scenes for several films were shot here, including the movie “Krajina ve stínu” directed by Bohdan Sláma.
