Apartment H 3.1 is located on the third floor of Building H, completed in 2022 and equipped with an elevator.
It features a 1-room layout with a kitchenette and a loggia with seating.
The apartment offers a double bed.
As with all our apartments, one free parking space is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped – besides dishes, you will also find a dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, and coffee machine.
The apartment comes with individually controlled air conditioning, allowing guests to switch it on or off and set the temperature according to their preference.
The bathroom includes a shower. Towels, bath towels, and toiletries are provided as a standard.
For a restful night’s sleep, you can rely not only on the comfortable bed with soft, clean duvets but also on external aluminum blinds, ensuring complete darkness in the apartment.
High-speed internet and a Smart TV are standard. All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
For guests arriving with bicycles, we offer secure storage in our bike room.
Should you be arriving outside of reception hours, no worries – we’ll send you a personal door code in advance. Each apartment is equipped with a Smart Lock for keyless access.
As a welcome touch, you’ll find bottles of fine wine and Italian prosecco. If you choose to enjoy them, simply pay via QR code or settle up at checkout.
The coffee machine is stocked with premium capsules from Pikola, a local roastery in Šumperk. And because your relaxation is our priority, you'll also enjoy premium aromatherapy cosmetics by the exceptional Czech brand Sabaya – including shampoo, body wash, hand soap and a diffuser.
And to top off your slow holiday mornings, let us spoil you with a breakfast basket delivered to your door. Fresh produce from local suppliers, artisanal meats, crisp pastries and milk from South Bohemian cows – so you can enjoy breakfast just the way you like it.
