Apartment I 1.1 is located on the ground floor of our newest building. It features a 2-room layout with a kitchenette, a private entrance, and a secluded outdoor garden seating area facing the spa park.
Up to four guests can comfortably stay here.
The apartment has a double bed and an additional sleeping option with a pull-out sofa. Like all our apartments, this one also includes one free parking space.
The apartment is modern and fully furnished. The photos are for reference only as we are currently working on updating them.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Besides dishes, you’ll find a dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker.
There is air conditioning with individual controls, so guests can turn it on or off and adjust the temperature to their liking.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and towels, bathrobes, and toiletries are provided. A good night’s sleep is guaranteed not only by the comfortable bed and soft, clean bedding but also by the outdoor aluminum blinds that ensure complete darkness inside the apartment.
High-speed internet and a smart TV come standard, as does a strict non-smoking policy throughout all apartments.
Guests arriving with bicycles can store them safely in our dedicated bike storage room.
Should you be arriving outside of reception hours, no worries – we’ll send you a personal door code in advance. Each apartment is equipped with a Smart Lock for keyless access.
As a welcome touch, you’ll find bottles of fine wine and Italian prosecco. If you choose to enjoy them, simply pay via QR code or settle up at checkout.
The coffee machine is stocked with premium capsules from Pikola, a local roastery in Šumperk. And because your relaxation is our priority, you'll also enjoy premium aromatherapy cosmetics by the exceptional Czech brand Sabaya – including shampoo, body wash, hand soap and a diffuser.
And to top off your slow holiday mornings, let us spoil you with a breakfast basket delivered to your door. Fresh produce from local suppliers, artisanal meats, crisp pastries and milk from South Bohemian cows – so you can enjoy breakfast just the way you like it.
