Apartment I 1.8 is located on the ground floor of our newest building.
It features a 1-bedroom studio layout with a private entrance and an outdoor garden with seating, facing the spa park.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests – there is a double bed and two fold-down extra beds.
As with all our apartments, one free parking space is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped – in addition to dishes, it includes a dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, kettle, microwave, and coffee machine.
The apartment has individually controlled air conditioning, allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their liking.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Towels, bath sheets, and toiletries are provided as standard.
A good night’s sleep is ensured by a comfortable bed, soft clean bedding, and external aluminium blinds that provide complete darkness.
High-speed internet and a Smart TV are standard in all our apartments – just like the fact that all are non-smoking.
Guests travelling with bicycles can safely store them in our bike room.
Should you be arriving outside of reception hours, no worries – we’ll send you a personal door code in advance. Each apartment is equipped with a Smart Lock for keyless access.
As a welcome touch, you’ll find bottles of fine wine and Italian prosecco. If you choose to enjoy them, simply pay via QR code or settle up at checkout.
The coffee machine is stocked with premium capsules from Pikola, a local roastery in Šumperk. And because your relaxation is our priority, you'll also enjoy premium aromatherapy cosmetics by the exceptional Czech brand Sabaya – including shampoo, body wash, hand soap and a diffuser.
And to top off your slow holiday mornings, let us spoil you with a breakfast basket delivered to your door. Fresh produce from local suppliers, artisanal meats, crisp pastries and milk from South Bohemian cows – so you can enjoy breakfast just the way you like it.
